Business Assessment 

First, we will need to get to know your business in detail through assessments that will give us all we need to know to create a strong marketing plan and lead generation program. We will need to learn as much as possible regarding:

  • Current business model and metrics for success

  • Your cost-per-acquisition goals 

  • Competition (which leads to our own SWOT analysis)

  • Target audiences – who, purchase drivers, location

  • Sales process 

  • Current CRM and prospect/client outreach communications

  • Your current products/services: Why do prospects buy from you and how do they value your product vs. the competition

Measure  

It’s very important to know what is or is not working in order to increase qualified leads, sales and revenue.  Every marketing plan we complete includes a measurement plan.  As part of that plan, we will share an effective tool we use for lead measurement.

Research Your Consumer

Secondary Research: Leveraging market insights you have already gathered saves you time and money. We can help you cost-effectively analyze existing research and data through business intelligence, gap analyses, and comprehensive literature reviews.
